Com essa integração é possível criar oportunidades via VTEX Assisted Sales (SuiteShare) (através do formulário de captura) diretamente no Funil escolhido e etapa do CRM Pipedrive e manter um fluxo contínuo de atendimento e vendas.

Para realizar a integração acesse no seu painel do VTEX Assisted Sales (SuiteShare) as integrações, você pode acessar de duas formas.

Na dashboard em “Integrações”.

Selecione o Pipedrive e clique em “integrar”.

Autorize a conexão.

Selecione qual será o Formulário de captura a ser conectado e qual será o usuário responsável.

Defina qual será o pipeline que será enviado o Lead.

Defina o estágio.

Clique no botão “Salvar”.

Pronto! Você acabou de integrar a Suiteshare com o seu CRM.
