Summary
Sometimes we are able to see a wrong link to the XML on the XML admin (/admin/Site/Xml.aspx)

accounName.myvtex.com/admin/Site/Xml.aspx - Check the XML links:
Workaround
It's just a wrong link on the UI, the XML loads correctly using the path: /XMLData/xmlname.xml
