Summary
When trying to refund a transaction an error 500 can happen with the message:
Value cannot be null. Parameter name: value
In this scenario the refund attempts are visible in the transaction logs with no response.
Simulation
We were not able to replicate.
Workaround
NA, merchant will need to request the refund directly with acquirer.
