Summary

When the merchant is updating a biding the UI is like it follows:

When trying to go to the license manager link, they are redirected to a SWW page.

Simulation

go to CMS setup (.../admin/a)
Select a website and click on update binding
Click on the License Manager link
Check that an error SWW appears.

Workaround

Use the url directly: (.../admin/account/stores/)
