When accessing Site Editor, the block selector does not work immediately.

When entering Site Editor, at home page, block selector doesn't work at first sight. By reloading or cleaning cache, it still doesn't work.

Go to any page within Site Editor and then return to the home page (by clicking on the logo, for example), block selector starts to work.
