VTEX Pick and Pack is the solution that enables merchants to manage order picking, packing, and delivery from physical stores and warehouses to customers’ addresses or pickup points. All management is made in one place, providing visibility and control for merchants through the whole fulfillment process.

Some of the VTEX Pick and Pack capabilities are the following:

• The picker receives a notification on their own device to start the picking process, and has no access to the store’s Admin.
• The merchant can configure packages and print labels with barcodes, so the picker can scan the barcodes and avoid mispicks.
• The merchant can enable the communication between the picker and the customer to resolve scenarios like the replacement, rejection or addition of items.
• The merchant can manage the driver schedule during the shipping process, and the order tracking occurs in real-time.
• The driver’s route is optimized and compatible with Google Maps and Waze.

VTEX Pick and Pack is a solution composed of:

• Fulfillment: Admin app that enables the communication between the picker and the store operator. Pickers can scan items using their mobile devices and, if the store’s operators allow them to, they can manage order changes, like replacing, removing and adding items. Pickers can gain permission to communicate with customers through their own devices, with no access to the store's Admin.
• Last Mile: Admin app for the store operator to instruct delivery drivers from their own fleet about collecting and delivering orders to customers’ address or pickup points. It includes route optimization and proof of collecting and delivering, meaning the driver can upload the customer's signature, a picture, or a note confirming the delivery was made.
• Mobile Applications: Applications for mobile devices meant exclusively for pickers and drivers, so that they fulfill their parts with no access to the store’s Admin.

Fulfillment and Last Mile apps for pickers and drivers are available only for Android devices.
