Defining mandatory fields in Master Data v1 forms
To change the fields that appear as mandatory in the Profile System of Master Data v1, follow the steps below:
- In the VTEX Admin, access Store Settings > Storefront > Master Data.
- Make sure that you are in the Applications tab.
- Click on the gear in Profile System.
- Click on the edit icon next to the form you want to configure.
- Click on Layout Schemas.
- Click on the edit icon in the line of the field you want to configure.
- In Advanced Field Settings, select Required form field.
- Click
OK
. - Click
Save
.
The option can be changed whenever necessary.
