Once the transmission is over and the event reaches the status Completed, you can access the live recording, by following the steps below:

1. In the VTEX Admin, access Apps > Live Shopping > Events > Event Information page.
2. In the Event recording section, you can choose to click in two options:
   • Send to email: Within 60 minutes, you will receive in your email a link to the recording.
   • Download: The recording file will be downloaded on your computer. The processing time depends on the event duration, and you will see the progress loading.
3. Check your email, or the files downloaded on your computer, and you will have access to the event recording in .mp4 format.

You mustn't leave the page while downloading the event record, otherwise the process will be interrupted.
