Cubic weight factor | It is the ratio between the weight and the volume of a package. This factor helps estimate the package's mass and space required for delivery. | Cubic weight factor |

Delivery channels | Type of delivery: shipping and pickup points. The shipping option is when the customer receives the order at the given address, usually delivered by a carrier. The pickup point is where the product will be available for the customer to pick up. | |

White label sellers | A seller that is not specified for the end customer. When buying from a white label seller, the customer does not know which store is responsible for shipping the product. Shipment/package group | Configuration for grouping packages for shipment to minimize the time for package preparation and pickup. For example, if the shipment is set for five days, all orders with lead times up to five days will be grouped and shipped together. | Shipment |

SKU | Stock Keeping Unit. It is the basic unit of a product in the catalog, with its most basic description (for example, the product "shirt" with the SKU "blue shirt M size"). | SKU |
SLA | It stands for Service Level Agreement. In VTEX logistics, it means the agreement between the store and the end customer on the estimated delivery time. The VTEX platform calculates the estimated delivery time of an order and shows it to the end customer during checkout. This delivery time estimate is the store's SLA with the end customer. The calculation of this estimate takes into account the settings of the shipping and loading dock policies. | SLA |
